Heelwork to Music/Freestyle

I run a regular Heelwork to Music workshop on the third Sunday of every month at Stafford North End Community Centre, as well as weekly Online Heelwork to Music Classes. There is no obligation to do both, but they compliment each other very nicely.

I also teach regular workshops in Preston at Preston Trick Dogs; Mid Wales with Be Brilliant Dogs
and North Wales at Plas Issa Farm.
If you would like me to teach at your venue, get in touch.

Heelwork to Music and Freestyle are both great fun for all kinds of dogs, from the tiniest chihuahua to the biggest dane. Moves are chosen to suit you and your dog, there is no "one size fits all". I love the creativity and the challenge of putting a routine together, training all the moves and performing it with my wonderful dog. I hope you will too.

The Heelwork workshops cover:

Learning and developing tricks
Linking moves together into sequences
Using props
Choosing music and themes
Heelwork positions and transitions between them

Putting a routine together

Building motivation

Preparing for competition

Dog-handler teams tend to progress at different rates and in different directions, so the workshop will be tailored to each team, breaking things down and adding extra challenge for those that want it.

There are tea and coffee facilities at the venue. We will be working indoors.

Stafford North End Community Centre is not far from Jct 14 of the M6.

Please book here.
Maximum of 6 dogs.
